All ground ambulance services with up to 1,000 EMS responses annually

Ground Transport & Non Transport Agency Member  (Medium) - $675.00 

All ground ambulance services with 1,001 - 5,000  EMS responses annually

Ground Transport & Non Transport Agency Member (Large) - $945.00 
All ground ambulance services with more than 5,000 EMS responses annually

*Non Transport Agencies are entities recognized as EMS personnel to provide emergency care to the ill and injured. These entities DO NOT operate permitted ambulances.

A Small Hospital Member is a hospital that has fewer than 50 licensed beds.

Hospital Member (Large) - $945.00
A Large Hospital Member is a hospital that has more than 50 licensed beds. 

Associate Member (Non-Profit) - $285.00

Institution of Higher Education Member - $345.00
